Abstract Submission
Abstracts for oral and poster presentations should be submitted
no later than Feb. 10, 2009.
We are grateful if you would send us your abstract file attached on e-mail to our contracted publisher, Miss Saeko Ono ( ono@mdo.co.jp )

These submitted materials would be published in a program & abstract book and given to all delegates attending the Symposium.
 

Guidelines for Abstract

The leaflet is a monochrome print by the A4 edition size. One page is allocated in the profile of the speaker and in the outline of his lecture respectively.
For Speakers
Abstract format( Please refer to the Sample Abstract on this website )
  1. Abstract Text
    It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract.
    Any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author.
  2. Abstract text must be written in English with maximum 2500 characters (incl. spaces), approximately 400 words.

    Please fill out and return the form along with your photo in JPEG, GIF, or TIFF format.
Submission of manuscript
( Please submit your abstract no later than Feb. 10, 2009 )
    Please submit your abstract (written in English) in an electronic form using the word-processing software. The report should be sent to MDO Inc. ( ono@mdo.co.jp ), our subcontracted publisher, by e-mail as an attached file (please indicate the word-processing software used).
 
For Poster Presenters
The leaflet is a monochrome print by the A4 edition size. Half page is allocated to poster presenter in the title, autors' names, and institutions.
