Guidelines
Presentation Application
All applications for presentations must be submitted online with the following contents.
・Presentation title
・Desired session
・Desired presentation type
・Word abstract (up to 1500 characters (200 words))
・Keywords (up to six keywords)
・Email address and affiliations of all authors
The session and presentation style may be changed from those requested by the applicant, although we will do our best to accommodate the request.

Abstract Submission
・All abstracts must be submitted online after paying the registration fee.
・Abstract should be written in English within one page of A4 paper.
・The author should upload a PDF file using the template provided with title, abstract, a list of keywords, and full contact information (names, affiliations, and addresses of all authors; e-mail address of the corresponding author). In case of co-authorship, the corresponding author should be identified by asterisk (*).
・Please avoid setting up the user/master passwords in the PDF file. A PDF file must be smaller than 1 MByte.

Excellent Poster Presentation Award
Eligible poster presenters can apply for the Excellent Poster Presentation Award.
If you wish to apply for the award, please submit the application form upon submission of the Abstract file.
The link to the application form can be found in the Abstract Submission page.
Without the form submission, the presentation will not be considered for the award.
Eligibility: poster presenter who meets BOTH of the following criteria as of April 1st, 2024:
・Those who are < 36 years old
・Those who do not possess a doctoral degree
