** For those who participate in the ISF2024, you are welcome to join the Autumn meeting, which will be held at the same venue from November 28th to 29th, without additional cost.
** For those who participate in the Autumn meeting, you are welcome to join the ISF2024's special session on the 3rd day free of charge.

Cancellation Policy
Presenters
Please note, refunds won't be given for cancellations due to presenters' circumstances.
Registration fee refunds apply to participants whose presentations were to be rejected by the committee.
Participants (Non-presenters)
The cancellation is accepted by contacting us to obtain refunds for registration.
・Full refund: until October 27 at 23:59 (UTC+9), 2024.
・Half refund: from October 28 until November 22 at 23:59 (UTC+9), 2024.
・No refund: after November 23, 2024.
Receipt
You can download the receipt after completing your registration fee payment from your account.
How to download the receipt
1. Log in –> 2. Push conference name –> 3. Please see the bottom of site and download your receipt.
1. Application (create a new account) –> 2. email from Reg. site (AWARD) –> 3. Log in –> 4. Registration (payment of the registration fee).
